Yes, on the scored practice FLs, you need about a high 80 to low 90 for a 130. However, on the real test, this can vary significantly. On my actual MCAT, I suspect there was a very generous C/P scale as I know I got at least 5+ wrong but still got a 132. Same with the B/B section (got at least 5+ wrong, but still made a 132).
