UWorld is, on average, slightly harder than AAMC. Relative difficulty imo would look like: CARS QP1 > UWorld, FL1 > average MCAT CARS section. I've been getting 70-80% on UWorld, which I think agrees with my FL1 CARS score of 127.By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. Then do AAMC.The same is not true of most third-party CARS, but it is true—or at least more true—of UWorld. Yo so does anyone else feel like the aamc section banks are as hell. IMO, these passages are particularly more challenging than ones found in AAMC FL 1 &2 ( only FLs ive taken thus far). But I also feel they are the most representative of the real MCAT compared to the Qpacks and Uworld. ( l want to hear y'all opinions)

Pros: It’s in the AAMC format, the passages/questions asked are similar-ish to AAMC. Cons: Some errors in the sample, additional cost (not really worth the extra expense if you already have other materials) UWorld. In my opinion, they seem a lot harder than real AAMC questions, but it's better to be overprepared rather than under. Some may disagree with my opinion.
