The bad pop up is pretty reliable. Not passing at 150 questions is a good sign that you can pass on your next attempt. I do NCLEX coaching, and I have also just published a book about Overcoming NCLEX Failure. In the book I explain (chapter 4) how to analyze your result based on the # of questions you had in your NCLEX attempt.
