If you're going for light shaders, you dont need much, just a decent graphics card and maybe 8gb ram. I have gtx 1060 and 16 gb ram, i7 and get a solid 60 fps with really light shaders. However i disabled a lot of visual mods and settings, and render distance is really low. So if you want really good shaders, as well as high visual settings ...
