Rotation varies depending on target (s). Strong single targets, like bosses, get rotations of the first three set up by Static Push, while throwing in Electrocute. For weak single targets, I leave off Overcharge. For mobs, I leave out the first two and include Electrocute. I keep Wired and DPS trinket on cooldown.

Electricity is all-round a great power, its fun to use. With alot of moves geared towards power, health, and stunning enemies. Plus it's a powerful healer with the right moves and artifacts.Electric is subpar on single target but pretty OP on multi. Fire performs well on both. It will ultimately boild down to what support you would rather have. Electric is a great healing power, Fire is not the greatest tank. Unless the OP does choose fire, since you can grab a great self heal and 4 other powers with only 5 or 6 points. Fire/Immolation will do the highest DPS due to its large upfront damage, aoe's and DoTs. Nature/Plants will come in a close second due to several extremely high yield DoTs. DPS is useless though.
