The array of question types and topics differs a lot with each COMSAE. I took forms 106 and 108-110. In general, micro questions were always weird organisms that could only be found on Physeo, First Aid, or just the internet. Pharm questions and immuno questions were often weird too. That stuff isn't worth your time at this point.It was like a huge recycle of 101-105. I found at least 30 identical questions on 108. 109 was different but super easy. I had a friend take 110 and that was their lowest COMSAE, so maybe stick to those. 104 and 105 are harder for sure and I think people were getting more similar scores doing those two.
