Ive seen a few of those in the past few months, G3 and G4 Inst. They normally happen after a power outage or reboot due to updates. They simply wont reconnect to the wifi they were connected to, the only sign of life is this green light blinking saying that is ready to stream. Factory reset doesnt do anything, not even the full factory reset.
