If you have good raid times that work for people, a fair loot system, good players, a hardened raid team, a well versed raid leader, etc. etc. then all of these things eclipse what your guild name and tabard look like. Good guilds don't need good names or tabards. Bad guilds think they need a good name or good tabard to attract players.
