Many EFY counselors had been repeat counselors, who came back summer after summer. There are few, if any, FSY counselors who have done this before. The repeat EFY counselors were needed to flesh out the FSY leadership teams. The FSY travel office used to handle travel for the couple of sessions that took place outside of BYU.
