TLDR: Z-fold3s are amazing but Samsung customer service is beyond trash (>10 days to fix a screen protector) ~23 March 2022 Noticed screen protector peeling in crease, followed by delamination along entire crease + 2 large bubbles. Only the Galaxy Fold 1st gen the "screen protector" on the inner display was integral to the display. Subsequent generations the protector has been a separate plastic film. The film generally starts to detach or bubble from the inner seam after 5-7-ish months of use for most owners.

My Fold 3 centre crease top portion started to peel. Went for a screen protector replacement at PS Samsung. They had a thorough inspection, within 30 minutes my phone is back with a perfectly new and nicely fitted screen protector. Fold 2 was a much different scenario imo.
