Haven't seen that before. I checked the Honda manual for what it is, but was not able to find any information regarding it.

Based on the electrical wiring diagram in the Helm service manual for the 99-03 Odyssey, there does not appear to be any provision for the center brake light to flash when the brakes are applied.
