Reapers toll is disappointing with all its weapon mods. I thought it would spec more into a rogue marking targets and quickly taking them down but mobbing is so easy in this game with other weapons. Personally I prefer the bow, though my friend that plays with me a lot normally uses the staff himself. If you do decide to dip into the staff, the Hailstone Armor skill is extremely powerful with it judging by what I have seen from said friend.
