Hello everyone, I got my DasherDirect card a number of days ago but have not been able to get into the app. I even changed my DD password on the Dasher app, didn't work, then eventually got locked out. But not from the Dasher app, only on DasherDirect. It sends a verification code to my phone, which I enter, and then see this message:

The only time I take photos outside the DD app, and this is actually quite frequently, is if there are conflicting instructions (Hand to customer AND leave at door). In those cases the camera in the DD app doesn't open automatically, so if you want proof of delivery, you have to take a photo outside of the app, which I do.
