Breezeline's "solution" to my ongoing issue was to give me a 12-month promo essentially cutting my bill in half and reducing the speed tier I'm on to the 500meg or something.Best solution to the Breezeline problems we had was to call them and cancel our service and we switched to ATT fiber.
