Start w/ Reaper, then move on to either Scourge or Harbinger if you decide to assemble Viper's gear. Full Berserker's is the way to go for Reaper.U can in fact tank in raids but most ppl will not appreciate it unless its off tank on SH. But if u wanna tank on necro your best best is scourge. If by tank you mean take aggro on bosses builds for that are quite odd in GW2 and only used in certain encounters, not really efficient to build an entire character around it.The Necromancer can summon Minions to deal damage and protect you. You can call forth a Shadow Fiend that helps in combat. When summoned, you can activate its skill to teleport it to your target, blinding and chilling your foe.
