Iod fuse jeep wrangler.

Currently having some issues with my 2017 wrangler and all signs are pointing towards the IOD fuse, however; there is a plastic covering on it that I just can't seem to remove. I don't want to put too much pressure on it because I don't want to break it. Does anyone know how to remove it?
