Specifically the Macro grip module with XL slide installed. From pictures it looks like the rail portion of the grip module is longer so probably not but wondering if anyone has checked. Pic rail throws it all off, the trigger guard on the macro is thicker as well. No it doesn't, the 1913 rail makes it incompatible.
