The most important thing in making a build is knowing exactly what you want to make, and preparing for it. First, you should figure out what kind of purpose you want a build to serve. Then, figure out the best Persona and Trait for that. Afterwards, figure out what moves are the most conducive to your goal.
You receive Skill Cards by defeating enemies, opening chests, sacrificing specific Personas in the Velvet Room (itemization) through Yusuke abilities, and completing side missions. However,...
