This went on from the fall until two weeks ago. Strangely sometimes the Fidium router only dropped wirelessly connected devices and ethernet connected devices stayed online. After repeated service calls from Fidium where all equipment was replaced (ONT, router, pods, ethernet cables, Fidium even dropped a new line from the pole, etc.),

Fidium has been great, always at advertised speeds. Only one outage that lasted a few hours in the two years. I would recommend putting the ONT on a battery backup.
