The 3.3 liter 3MZ-FE does NOT have a supercharger available. In Australia they (TRD) does make a supercharger for their 3.5 2GR-FE Aurion, but I wouldn't want to be the first trying to make it work on my wifes 2009 HL.

The 1MZ has a tendency to sludge up. Toyota even extended the warranty for the sludge issue. I believe this is one of the sludge-prone engines, so keep your oil changes frequent. For the sludge pull the valve covers if theres sludge clean it out and change the oil on time on a decent schedule to prevent future sludge.Supercharging the 1MZ is awesome, because it uses a roots supercharger, which means instant torque and near peak boost across the entire powerband.
