May 2, 2023 · According to prosecutors, Stephanie’s car collided with and killed two individuals, 55-year-old Paul Prowant from Avon Lake, Ohio, and 43-year-old Andrea Rosewicz from Seattle, Washington, outside the Throttle Bar and Grill in East Peoria, Illinois. The incident occurred last April on an access road off North Main Street.
Stephanie expressed her remorse and turned towards the families of Andrea Rosewicz, 43, from Avon, Ohio, and Paul Prowant, 55, from Seattle, tearfully apologizing to them several times.
