2007 yamaha v star 1300 problems.
I have a 2007 1300 V star and am having very similar problems. So far I have replaced the spark plugs, HT leads, plug caps, filter and also the inlet rubber boots on the injectors as they were cracked and perished. The problem doesn't start until the engine is warm, obviously when cold there is more petrol being put into the cylinders.

Wash with a toothbrush and warm soapy water. Use a tool like this to turn the pistons so you can reach the spot that is nearest the caliper itself. Battery. I am not clear on this but I think you have a low battery. The starter is not engaging but the battery is dropping to 11.7 volts with not much load. I believe Yamaha should be responsible for this.
